Web users are those that have registered on the customer portal to have access to their accounts and make payments online. There may be times when the web user information needs to be researched. When users register on the Take Web Payments portal they are required to provide an email address as part of the registration process.
To find a specific web user:
- Go to the Web Users tab, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
- Enter their email address OR their account number in the field at the top.
- Click Search For Account
All the online activity for that consumer and their account information will be displayed in the window.
