Sent Emails Report

We pride ourselves on robust analytics in our Take Web Payment solution. We capture both user activity and end-user or consumer activity. Our detailed statistical data allows us to provide detailed reports. The results of various activities such as email batches sent, un-opened mail, and bounce rates. 


To quickly find an email by a specific user account, email, or within a date range follow these instructions.


  1. Go to the Emails/Letters tab
  2. Click on the one of the Sent Emails link
  3. Click on Search Sent Emails
  4. Enter specifics about the batch based on the below criteria.
    1. Start Date
    2. End Date
    3. Email address
    4. Reference (Consumer/Account)
    5. Client Name
    6. Template used

  5. Click Search

The report then appears based on the filter of criteria selected, as shown below.

Tip: Click on any one of the column headers to sort that column of data.
