Change My Password (Agent)

Following the below instructions on how to change your password or watch this brief video: agent change password.

1. Click the 'Settings' tab and 'Change My Password' under the 'Personal Account Settings' area.

2. Type in your new password in both fields and click the 'Change' button.

    The following restrictions apply:

• Maximum attempts to enter a password before account is locked out: 5
• Minimum password length: 8
• Password cannot contain spaces 
• Password must contain upper and lowercase letters
