Manually Reset User Passwords
To reset any user password follow these few steps or watch this brief video on how to reset a users password.
The result will be the user receiving an email with a temporary password.
In the below example we will change the password for SampleAgent1
1. Click the Settings then Manage Users
2. Search for the user and click the user name to edit.
3. Click the Reset password
4. Click the Email New Password. This will send a temporary password to the user.
