The administrative site has been rebranded with a great new modern look and feel. The functionality of the administrative system is the same and we've added some new feature enhancements to optimize agency performance.

Dashboard

The Dashboard menu is now accessible by clicking on your Company Logo.

Icons have been added to each menu item for additional reference to system features.

Metrics 

Get your finger on the pulse of your agency with live graphical metrics of critical agency KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) that track payments, emails, and texting. For more information on the Metrics, read more here.

User Profile

User Profiles are accessible via the "Lock" menu in the upper right-hand corner of the toolbar.

Grid Enhancements

New options are available to allow unique views by agent/user.

1. Toggle Columns - click on a column label to check or un-check items to display in the grid. 
2. Copy Displayed Items - copies all values shown onscreen for a quick copy & paste of data to other apps.

3. Scroll to Table - brings the user directly to the table.

4. Grid Display - alternating shaded rows for visual clarity.

5. Showing Totals - identifies how many rows in the entire data set.

6. Sync Status - highlighted in a soft yellow when in pending status to alert the user of open items.

7. Previous & Next - large navigation buttons to move through pages of data quickly

Consumer Search

Grids are displayed with alternating color coding for ease of viewing and Search buttons are highlighted blue for quick searching functionality. All search options are horizontally across the top of the page for increased visibility and optimal viewing.

Payment Graphs

1. Search Button- bolder bigger buttons for quick visibility.
2. Pie Charts - improved pie charts with metrics outlined outside the chart.
3. Data Hover - dig deeper into the metrics using the hover feature to display the underlying metrics.

Settings

The Settings page layout is organized by functionality. Additional help text is also available related to each feature.
