This feature, will push the full information about this payment to the collection system. This is done automatically when the payment is created.
USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION: This may result in duplicate payments in your collection system. Always verify the desired results after using this feature. This should only be used to clean up data or to manage payment errors.
- Go to the Consumer's Account page.
- Click Payments on the top navigation menu.
- Locate and click on the specific payment on the far left of the payments grid as shown below.
- Click on the Push Integration Payments on the top left of the screen.
- Review the notations on the screen to ensure pushing a payment will not create a duplicate payment in the collection system.
- Click Push.
The payment is now pushed to the collection system.
