Finding your IP Address

When you change your work location, your IP address changes along with it.

Here is how to find your IP address so Concepts2Code can update it in our system so you will be able to work from that location.

1. Go to https://portal.buffalocreditsolutions.com/Testing/IP

Your IP will automatically populate.

2. Create a ticket with Concepts2Code to support@concepts2code.com. Please include:

1. Your full name
2. Your IP address
3. Description for the IP restriction for clarity. Examples in include:
   1. Jim Smith's Home Office
   2. New York Office
4. If this address is only temporary, please let us know that as well

Support will respond to you with a confirmation that your IP has been whitelisted.
