If you attempt to login to your admin site and see the error "Not Available", this is likely be due to an IP restriction. IP Restrictions are setup during onboarding to ensure that your sensitive data is not available from locations other than your office or from approved locations such as home offices.
New IP's can be added by the Concepts2Code support team. To request that an IP be whitelisted, please use your company email address and send a request to support@concepts2code.com. Please include:
- Your full name
- Your IP address
- Description for the IP restriction for clarity. Examples in include:
- Jim Smith's Home Office
- New York Office
- If this address is only temporary, please let us know that as well
Support will respond to you with a confirmation that your IP has been whitelisted.
