Adding a logo or other images to the site

Most branding including logos, images and content will be setup by our staff during the onboarding process. You will be given an opportunity to review the color theme and other content prior to going live. If you need to update content or images on the site, simply email us at support@concepts2code.com with the appropriate content change. We will make the edits for you so that you don't need to worry about maintaining HTML or styles. Our team will also ensure that the changes comply with the ADA.

Images and Logos are useful in email templates as well. You can add an image to an existing email template by going to Insert and them Image:

You will be prompted for the location of the image. This should be a URL that points directly to the image.

For example: https://img.easywebdocs.com/twp/People.jpg

You can point this link to any existing image on the web. If the image you want to use (such as a new logo) does not exist already on your site or another site, you can send us the image and we will upload it for you. Once the image is uploaded we will provide you with a unique link that you can use going forward.

As a tip, if you are using the image in one email template already, an easy way to find the location of the image is to open the existing template and copy the image location. Then go to the new template and use the Insert --> Image option. Then you can paste the image location in.
