Before reporting:  

1. Note the exact actions leading to the bug.  

2. Capture screenshots or error messages.


Steps  

Section 1: Document the Bug  

1. Describe the issue:  

   - What were you doing when the bug occurred?  

   - What did you expect vs. what happened?  

2. Capture evidence:  

   - Take screenshots of error messages or unexpected behavior.  

   - Note timestamps and affected pages.  


Section 2: Submit the Report
