Offers (Settlement or Payment Plans)

Modified on Wed, 20 Mar 2024 at 03:21 PM

There are up to three (3) default Website Offers that can be displayed to the consumer. These settings will be configured during the onboarding process. Additionally, you can create an unlimited number of additional offers by using custom fields or sending the information directly from you CRM system.

If you are not currently utilizing the Website Offers screen and want to enable it, contact us at support@concepts2code.com  and one of our team members will meet with you to review your options based on your business needs.

The "Out of the box" offers include:

  1. Pay In Full - a payment in full offer will be presented to the consumer. The offer will be for full payment on the current day to resolve the account.

  2. Settlement or Discount - If there is a settlement on your account, the settlement can be presented as an offer. The settlement offer will be created on the account based on the settlement amount and settlement due date. The dates of the payments will start on the current day, and be automatically spread over the settlement period based on the settlement parameters.

  3. Recurring Payment - If a minimum recurring payment exists on the account, a monthly recurring offer will be created on the account based on monthly payments beginning on the current day. EXAMPLE: If the balance is $500 and the minimum recurring payment amount is $100, an offer will be created for 5 months at $100 per month. If minimum recurring payments are not specified, no offer is created even if this setting is enabled.

Additional offers can be added to your system by supplying rules for each offer. Contact us for more information on configuring your own offers.
