The video below shows how to search for the segment count of sent and recieved text messages.
From your Admin Portal:
1. Click on Campaigns
2. Click on search Text Messages
3. Click on a date range box or enter specific date or date range
4. Click Search
This report will include the following fields
- Date/Time
- Agency Phone Number
- Consumer Phone Number
- Reference Number
- Thread
- File/Reference Number
- Client Name
- Sent/Received
- Status (If the text was undeliverable, a status will be populated)
- Opted Out
- Segments
- Body
For each 160 characters in the text you will see a segment count here. The 2 shown here would signify 2 segments for this specific text template
