Search Text Message Reporting with Segment count (video)

We pride ourselves on robust analytics in our Take Web Payment solution. We capture both user activity and end-user or consumer activity. Our detailed statistical data allows us to provide detailed reports. The results of various activities such as sent and received text messages. Newly added Segment count to clearly locate those texts that exceed 160 characters.




From your Admin Portal:

1. Click on Campaigns



2. Click on search Text Messages


3. Click on a date range box or enter specific date or date range

4. Click Search


This report will include the following fields

  • Date/Time
  • Agency Phone Number
  • Consumer Phone Number
  • Reference Number
  • Thread
  • File/Reference Number
  • Client Name
  • Sent/Received
  • Status (If the text was undeliverable, a status will be populated)
  • Opted Out
  • Segments
  • Body



  1. For each 160 characters in the text you will  see a segment count here. The 2 shown here would signify 2 segments for this specific text template
