Concepts2Code offers complete integrations to all collection systems for free. This includes 2-way API's for real-time data exchange. These are available to collection software systems, so that they may integrate directly with our Payment Portal. If your collection system has their own API then an integration is possible as well. Integration is key to creating the best solutions for our customers and we believe in providing as many integrations as possible.

Latitude by Genesys has multiple versions and your integration options will depend on which version you have.
If you have a self hosted version of Latitude, you can use the standard API built by Concepts2Code. This allows for real-time data access to the Latitude database. This API is managed by Concepts2Code and plugs directly into the Latitude data server.
If you use Liquid Latitude or another one of the cloud based Latitude systems, please contact us for more information on your integration options. These hosted versions have their own API which is mapped to the Concepts2Code API. The configurations will vary by Version and our team will help you connect the two systems.
