If you are a Simplicity customer and need to get your consumer data out of Simplicity and into with the TakeWebPayments and/or EasyWebDocs solutions, we have provided some guidelines on how to accomplish this critical step. There are two options to extract consumer data:
- Setup an automated process that will send consumer data to an FTP site on a schedule using their Automatic Export Manager or;
- Manually upload using the File Export feature. Please refer to the Simplicity links below for more details.
Automatic Export Manager (Simplicity):
This process will automatically pull data based on your filtered specifications in Simplicity and sends a file to our FTP site, can be on a scheduled basis or ad-hoc.

File Exporter (Simplicity):
This process will allow you to export a file based on your Simplicity filtered specifications; however, you will then need to upload the file manually using our in-app Simplicity File Import tool. Follow the below instructions to extract data from your Simplicity Collections system. If you should have difficulty extracting data, please contact Simplicity support for assistance.
