If a user is created and their name is misspelled, you must deactivate the user account and create a new account with the correct spelling.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Click on Manage Users.
- Find the user name in the list of users.
- Click on the link next to their name.
- Click Disable User.
- Then create a new user with the correct spelling. Click this help article to access the instructions on how to Create a New User.
To Disable a User:
