Error uploading a training document "There was an error processing the last request. Internal Server Error"

If you receive the following error while uploading a training document:

"There was an error processing the last request. Internal Server Error"

The error may be due to a file name length limit. The maximum filename length is 50 characters. This includes the dot (.) and the extension. See the filenames below for examples:

1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456.PDF - this is 50 characters and can be uploaded.

12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567.PDF - this is 51 characters and will produce an error.

If your filename is too long, simple shorten the name and try again.
