Refunds are not processed in the portal. The refunds are processed at the agency level.
If the consumer is requesting a refund, they can use the "Contact Us" option located in the ribbon of your consumer portal. The below steps will bring them to the form where they can submit a request for a refund.
1. Click the "Contact Us" link in the ribbon on the consumer portal. Please note that your consumer portal ribbon may differ based on the personalization of your consumer portal.
2. Click the "Contact Online" Link
3.Direct the consumer to fill out the fields. Once the consumer submits this form, an email will be sent with the entered information to the agency's designated email address. The consumer will also receive an email that they submitted a "Contact Us" form.
