Once a consumer logs into their site, they will have access to one or more accounts. On their home page (after logging in), they will see a list of all of their accounts. The activities that are allowed may vary based on account and are controlled by the the rules your agency has in place and were setup during implementation. Since these rules may be complex, there is an easy way to determine what options are available for each account even if you do not understand the underlying rules.
If you want to review the access a consumer has to a certain account you may search for the file number
of the account and view the details under Web Info. Steps are listed below.
When logged into the Admin Portal choose Consumers
Enter the File Number and Click Search
Click on the File Number
You can view the options the consumer has under under Web Info
